Our ranking is built from operator welcome terms we could source, weighted toward the conditions that decide whether a withdrawal is possible at all rather than how quickly a single payment clears. The weightings are fixed before we look at any individual site.
Playthrough cost, 40%. The wagering multiple, and whether it applies to the bonus alone or to bonus plus deposit. That distinction doubles the real cost, so we read it rather than assume it. An offer with no wagering scores highest here because nothing in the bonus terms stands between a player and the cashier.
Entry cost, 20%. The minimum deposit. A low floor lets a player test a cashier cheaply before committing real money, which we think is the single most useful thing a reader can do, so we reward it.
Terms transparency, 20%. Whether the offer's conditions are stated plainly, and whether a banking page carrying actual numbers is publicly reachable. An operator that publishes its processing windows and fee schedule scores above one that does not.
Availability, 10%. How many states are excluded. A strong offer a reader cannot open is worth nothing to them.
Offer ceiling, 10%. The headline maximum. It is weighted last deliberately, because it is the number most easily advertised and least often collected.
We did not time fifteen withdrawals with a stopwatch, and we do not claim to have. Publishing a confident table of payout hours for every brand would have required access we did not have: when we tried to open each operator's published banking terms, most were not reachable from where we checked, returning errors or geo-restrictions.
