Use this for a bonus figure that has changed, a wagering multiple we have reported wrongly, a broken link, or a state restriction that no longer matches what the operator shows. Include the page and, if you can, a link to the operator's own terms. Corrections to sourced figures are made promptly and the page's updated date is changed when we make one.
We are not a casino and we hold no player funds or accounts. We cannot release a withdrawal, unlock a bonus, reopen a closed account or intervene in a dispute with an operator. Those must go to the operator's own support desk, and then to its licensing authority.
